Anyone else wonder what's all the fuss about re: the detainees at Guantanamo Prision?
Anyone can see (from what they will show us & the congressmen) that the dirtballs have better housing, food, water, cleaner living conditions w/ a/c, a safer lifestyle and much cleaner clothes.
Just look at any pix of Iraq or Afganistan and see if they are not better off (& FAR better off than most in Cubans too). It wasnt built to be a five star resort. But let's get on w/the trials & keep or throw them back.
Cant understand all the fuss...jim c

The OTW issue is too friggin' simple for the politicos to comprehend. Some officers can and will give up their free time (& that w/family, friends and rest) to actually SAVE the City $ (instead of hiring & maintaing new officers).
If they or all said NO OTW for a month, Croakland wiould be a much more dangerous place for the citizens & existing R/Os.
OK, C of O, go out and hire the full contingent of police u say is needed, and THEN look at the bottom line.

A very thorough list, but you may want to add a Haz Mat team in full "battle gear". Also, it would probably be appropriate to advise the Nugget of the distinct possiblilty that room will not be habitable for quite some time, depending on the half-life of some of the stuff Coleman uses/consumes. William Andrews has thankfully posted some serious questions and we're jumping to get the right answers.
1. First, as to rooms, the Nugget will provide only two queen sized beds for the room you will be sharing with Jim Coleman and Bob Nichelini.
2. We're advised you cannot use Mustang Ranch tokens for the vibrating mattresses at the Nugget.
3. The rabbit ears are things of the past. We have arranged for 3-D glasses and for your remote control to have stop, zoom and instant replay for the special programs you have requested.
4. Yes, the Nugget wanted us to tell you that they always scan your room with a black light for the clean up crew to follow, and they request you try this time to keep stains off the ceiling.
5. An approved blow-up doll will be provided by the hotel. It will have two fronts and no back so both you and Coleman can enjoy her together. Should you want one with two backs it can be provided.
6. Yes, Michael Jackson Music Videos will be available for your viewing and the bullet proof Plexiglas guard will be installed ifo TV so feel free to use live ammo.
7. You didn't ask, but your 20th floor room will have the windows unlocked in the event you wish to follow Peter Pan as he will be delivering your fourth bottle of Jim Beam.

I saw on "Entertainment Tonight" that the CSI - Las Vegas show is going to do a special "road trip to Reno " episode. The plan is to REALLY show how effective modern forensics are.

As the famous Enigma Codex Cryptographer Don Discher said earlier, Jim Coleman's posts need a code book. He makes perfect sense to many of us now.
Actually, Jim brings back memories of many years ago when I learned some shorthand tricks from one George T. Hart who made his speedwriting codes and abbreviated scribbles even more difficult by frequently switching writing hands. And then, as a kid I learned myself to write in mirror image as Leonardo the famous Italian... but the little honey in the fourth seat of the first row in my Latin class at Claremont Jr. High just couldn't figure it out.

How long are we gonna get buffaloed into sleeping thru this ?
Trust me, our guys are needed HERE (USA), as fathers, family, workers & friends, a lot more than in that hell hole or dead,.
But the MAN said lets (NOT Roll) go & U gotta obey DAD, i was taught), so here we are still locked up and w/at least 5 yrs more commitment yrs for some type of aid. This, while gas (oil) prices soar, the DOW is shrinking weekly, national debt growing by trillions, SS in deep poo, major airlines failing & world perception of the greatest nation on the planet is at an all time low. How do we fix it; send the wifeee on a shore up the confidence campaign. Really gonna make some Palestine or Iraqi suicide bomber or terrorist twice.

Some ideas for the "special needs desk".
1. A Rogaine dispenser .( or wig rental booth)
2. Viagra , disguised as "after dinner candies".
3. " Just For Men" mixed w/the hotel shampoo.
4.Free cane , glasses and penile pumps.
5.Gas X, or Beano at each table. (Especially at B. Matthews)
6. A " Rathskellers event" or the like to keep those of us over 50 awake until 9 p.m.
7.Polygrip to avoid any unfortunate "losses".
8. A "ck ur pistola at the door sign".
9.Handlebars in select rooms.
10. Joy Jelly dispensers in Bill Clark's room. ( lollipop lemon flavor)
11 .Monica L. in Jesse Allen's rm (for 4 minutes only).
12 .O2 nearby.
13. BS basket & shovel somewhere near podium.
14. A polygraph machine, or three.
15. And last but not least, an INS agent to ck our guest's status.
Hope this helps, and feel free to reserve me a table dancer if need be. (I know Jesse Allen cant see her, butt we'll let him get close.)
Jim C.

And remember that old G.O. requiring NO sideburns below the lowest point in the ears' orifices. Gotta love it, jim c
I remember your sideburns down to your leisure suit lapel... ron
